The research was based on a descriptive and analytical method. Was a questionnaire distributed on a random sample to 142 workers and was analyzed by the spss program. Thus, performance of employees is the most important factor in achieving the goals of the enterprise. The results showed that there is a significant effect of leadership styles on the performance of employees with a very strong positive correlation. Thus, it explains 44.9℅ of the variance in this latter.
