In order to achieve the study's objective, we relied on the data of a sample of 11 commercial banks operating in Algeria from 2012 to 2021. The study model incorporated a dependent variable of liquidity risk and five separate variables, respectively: board size, board independence, duplication of executive director function, audit committee and risk committee. The bank size has also been introduced as a control variable in the model.
