Some sub questions are derived: - Is there a link between organized culture and emotional commitment for workers of Sonelgaz ?. - Is there a link between organized culture and the continued commitment for workers of Sonelgaz ?. - Is there a link between organized culture and criterion commitment for workers of Sonelgaz ?. This study is based on the descriptive method as it goes with the nature of this topic. We took into account a specimen of workers from Sonelgaz Company in El oued . We set a questionnaire of (35) questions divided into four groups, the informants are seventy (70) from (316) workers.
