To achieve this purpose, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. Sub-divisions, heads of departments, engineers and administrative assistants, and by following the method of the intentional sample, whose size swallowed (46) frames, from which (41) questionnaires were retrieved, valid for analysis at a rate of 89%. on structural equations modeling using structural partial least squares methodology (PLS-SEM), the study, after statistical treatment using the statistical program (SPSS V25) and (Smart Pls 3.3.7) program, concluded that the level of knowledge management operations practice was high, the study also revealed a high level of application of entrepreneurial thinking in the researched institution, the results showed that there is a direct statistically significant effect at the level (α≤0.05) of knowledge management processes (combined) on entrepreneurial thinking, and an indirect effect of statistical significance at the level (α≤0.05) of knowledge management processes (individually) on entrepreneurial thinking.arعمليات إدارة المعرفةتفكير رياديمديرية جهوية موبيليسنمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكليةmanagement processesEntrepreneurial thinkingMobilis FoundationMobilis Regional DirectorateStructural Equations ModelingArticle
