Abstract: This study dealt with the subject of the applications of ergonomics in the school environment (the schoolbag as a model), as it aims to identify whether the weight of the schoolbag exceeded the standard guaranteeing the safety and security of the fourth year students, the descriptive approach was used. And to collect data a scale was used to weigh the schoolbag and the student, and the meter was used to measure the student’s height. And the study was supported by the schoolbag questionnaire, the results of the study concluded that the weight of the schoolbag exceeded the standard that guarantees the safety and security of the fourth year students.Arالأرغونوميا، المحيط المدرسي، المحفظة المدرسية.ergonomics, school environment, schoolbag.Article
