This reasearch contains of preliminary gate for its facts and concepts, then three chapters: the first one concerns with the sanctity of muslim whether dead or alive. While the second chapter studies the regulations and conditions of anatomy in Islamic law. The third chapter was devoted to organ transplantation form dead to alive people and its legitimacy and conditions in Islam.
