محلوس, زكيةبقاط, حنان2019-12-292019-12-292019-10-30https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/4607الملتقى الدولي السابع حول اقتصاديات الإنتاج الزراعي في ظل خصوصيات المناطق الزراعية في الجزائر والدول العربية 30- 31 أكتوبر 2019 كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الواديتهدف هذه الورقة إلى تقدير دالة الانتاج الزراعي لمحصول البطاطا وتمثل حجم العمالة الزراعية، كمية البذور، كمية الاسمدة، العمليات الميكانيكية ومستلزمات الانتاج الاخرى مثل الادوية والمبيدات، متغيرات مستقلة وحجم المنتوج الزراعي من البطاطا كمتغير تابع، واستخدمنا في ذلك دالة الانتاج كوب دوغلاس وقد تم التركيز في دراستنا على منتوج البطاطا لدائرة قمار (متمثل في ثلاث مناطق وهي قمار، تغزوت، ورماس) من ولاية الوادي خلال الفترة 2001-2018، وقد تم الاعتماد على بيانات مجمعة من مديرية الفلاحة لدائرة قمار. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التوصل الى أن نسب مساهمة دائرة قمار في الانتاج الولائي هي نسب معتبرة حيث تجاوزت 30 % سنة 2016 أما من خلال تقدير نموذج دالة الانتاج فوجدنا بأنه من بين عوامل الانتاج المذكورة سابق يعتبر حجم اليد العاملة (والذي له تأثير معنوي سالب) العنصر الأكثر تأثيرا على حجم الانتاج من باقي عوامل الانتاج أما العنصر الأقل تأثيرا فهو العمليات الميكانيكية. وتتميز الدالة المقدرة بأنها ذات غلة حجم متزايدة. Summary: The aim of this paper is to study the determinants of the agricultural production function of the potato crop as independent variables, represented by the size of agricultural labor, quantity of seeds, amount of fertilizers, mechanical processes and other production requirements such as medicines and pesticides, and at other side we proposed the size of the agricultural product of potatoes as a dependent variable. In our study, we used the Cobb Douglas function. And we focused on the potato product of Guemar commune (represented in three regions, namely, Guemar, Taghzout and Ourmes) of the El Oued state during the period 2001-2018,variable Data collected from the Guemar Agriculture direction . In this study, it was found that the percentage of the contribution of the Guemar commune in the state production is significant, where it exceeded 30% in 2016. In other way, from the production function estimated model, we found between the proposed factors mentioned above, the labor force (which has a negative effect) have the most influential factor on the production, and the least influential factor is the mechanical processes.
