" "Abstract: This research dealt with the topic of jurisprudence, which touches upon the need of the way of the innovating scholars, and marked ""The views of the scholar Ahmed Mohammed Shaker in the issues of divorce through his book Divorce system in Islam"". The main problem of the research was: What is Ahmed Mohammed Shaker's approach to dealing with divorce issues? The purpose of the research in his five interrogations is to clarify the views of the Sheikh in the matters of divorce and compare them with the opinions of other jurists and weighting among them. The issues were as follows: divorce of the three, innovated divorce, suspended divorce, the testimony of return, the rule of return when the harmful intention, the rule of the divorced pleasure, and emptiness of the doubting. At the conclusion of the research, it concluded with several results, the most important: that Ahmed Shaker was keen to devise rulings on the issues of divorce from the Qur'an and the Sunnah, without being bound by one of the doctrines, with these rules varying between strength and weakness.
