ظريف, طارقشرون, عزالدين2023-05-032023-05-032022-10-13ظريف،طارق . شرون ، عزالدين. التأمين التكافلي كبديل تنافسي للتأمين التقليدي. مجلة المنهل الاقتصادي. مج 05. العدد 02. 2022/10/13. جامعة الوادي[اكتب تاريخ الاطلاع] متاح على الرابط [انسخ رابط التحميل ]2602-7968http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/21591مقالنهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق للتأمين التكافلي من مختلف جوانبه النظرية والوقوف على واقعه عربيا وعالميا، وإلقاء الضوء على المنافسة التي بدأت تظهر بصورة جلية في العقدين الأخيرين بين التأمين التكافلي والتأمين التقليدي من أجل السيطرة على أكبر حصة ممكنة من السوق المحلية والعالمية، مع تسليط الضوء على شركتين للتأمين التكافلي في منطقتين مختلفتين . وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذه الصناعة تنتشر بشكل كبير في مختلف أقطار العالم وخاصة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مثل السعودية والإمارات ودول أسيا مثل ماليزيا، سنغافورة، ومختلف أنحاء العالم حيث حققت أرباح ونمو كبير، رغم ذلك تبقى بحاجة إلى جملة من القوانين والتشريعات إضافة إلى العامل البشري المؤهل تأهيلا فقهيا وفنيا لإدارة خدمات التأمين التكافلي، مع الإستفادة والإفادة من مختلف التجارب الناجحة. This study aims to highlight the various theoretical aspects of Takaful insurance and investigate its reality at the Arabic and international levels. Additionally, the study explores the competition arisen during the last two decades, especially between Takaful and traditional insurance to gain the largest possible share of the local and international market. Therefore, we select two Takaful insurance companies in two different regions as case study. The study concluded that Takaful insurance industry is widely spread in various countries, especially in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, such as the KSA and the UAE, and Asian countries, like Malaysia and Singapore. Takaful insurance also has known high levels of profits and growth in other various countries.
