سلامي, أحمدبن تفات, عبد الحق2023-03-232023-03-232018-10-07سلامي، أحمد. بن تفات ، عبد الحق. اختبار علاقة التكامل المتزامن بين أسعار النفط والناتج الداخلي الخام في الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة (1970-2016 . مجلة الدراسات الإقتصادية والمالية. مج 11. العدد01. 07/10/2018 . جامعة الوادي [اكتب تاريخ الاطلاع] متاح على الرابط [انسخ رابط التحميل]1112-7961http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/18139مقالاستهدفت الدراسة اختبار علاقة التكامل المتزامن بين أسعار النفط والناتج الداخلي الخام الحقيقي للجزائر خلال الفترة (1970ـ2016)، وذلك للتحقق من وجود علاقة طويلة الأمد بينهما. واتضح من خلال التحليل الاحصائي وجود علاقة توازنية بين المتغيرين، ومن ثم فإنهما لا يبتعدان عن بعضهما البعض في الأجل الطويل. وعليه، فإن أي صدمة حادة في أسعار النفط ستنعكس بشكل كبير وتلقائي على معدل نمو الناتج. وإن قوة العلاقة بين المتغيرين ترجع إلى طبيعة الاقتصاد الوطني الذي يعتمد بشدة على قطاع المحروقات كمصدر رئيسي للدخل الوطني والنقد الأجنبي، وعدم تنوع النشاط الاقتصادي وهيكل الصادرات. لذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تسعى الدولة إلى إجراء إصلاحات هيكلية واسعة النطاق لتنويع الاقتصاد وتعزيز دور القطاع الخاص، وتحسين بيئة الأعمال، والعمل بشأن استراتيجية طويلة الأجل لإعادة تشكيل نموذج النمو في البلاد، ذلك أنها المدخل الصحيح للخروج من الأزمة التي تعصف بالاقتصاد الوطني. The study aimed to examine the relationship between oil prices and Gross domestic product in the Algerian Economy during the period (1970-2016); So as to verify a long-term relationship between them. the Statistical analysis shows that there is a balanced relationship between oil prices and Gross domestic product in Algeria, so they are not far from each other in the long term. Therefore, any sharp shock in oil prices will be reflected significantly and automatically on the economic growth rate in Algeria. The strength of the relationship between the two variables is due to the nature of the national economy, which relies heavily on the hydrocarbons sector as a major source of national income and foreign exchange, and the non-diversification of economic activity and the structure of exports. Therefore, the study recommended that the state should undertake large-scale structural reforms to diversify the economy and strengthen the role of the private sector.
