Recognizing its pivotal role, lawmakers have implemented legal frameworks to govern its use, ensuring a range of guarantees and advantages for investors. The most recent addition to these legal provisions is found in Law 22-18, specifically addressing investment practices. Law 22-18 introduces various mechanisms aimed at simplifying, informing, supporting, and monitoring investments. Notably, one of these mechanisms is the establishment of the "Digital Investor Platform." This platform is a response to contemporary technological advancements, reflecting a commitment to legal security.
