مسعي بوبكر, ميلودة - منال ,محمودي2022-06-282022-06-282022https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/11958علوم قرآن"هذا البحث بعنوان: أثر تطبيق قواعد الترجيح في اختلاف المفسرين، ليعالج الإشكالية الآتية: ما هي الآثار المترتبة على اختلاف المفسرين عند تفسير الآي مع أنهم متفقين على قواعد التفسير العامة ؟. وعلى هذا قسمنا البحث إلى مبحثين: المبحث الأول: وهو الجزء النظري للبحث حيث تضمّن مدخل عام لقواعد التفسير تكلمنا فيه عن: تعريف كل من قواعد التفسير والترجيح، والاختلاف، وهذا ضمن ثلاث مطالب. أما المبحث الثاني:وهو الجزء التطبيقي للبحث حيث تضمّن نماذج تطبيقية لقواعد التفسير بين المفسرين وذلك بدراسة موضع في الآية وكيف طبق كل مفسر هذه القواعد في تفسيره وتحرير نقطة الخلاف حيث سُقْنَا كلام المفسر للآية بنصه مع استخلاص الأقوال في الآية ثم القول الراجح مع ذكر سبب الترجيح والمقارنة بينهم وتضمن خمسة مطالب. وخاتمة البحث تضمنت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أهمها: 1. رغم اختلاف المفسرين في تطبيق قواعد التفسير وآثار تطبيقها فإنه كان من قبيل اختلاف التنوع وليس التضاد وهذا راجع إلى تفاوتهم في فهم المعنى المراد من الآية. 2. يعد علم قواعد الترجيح من بين العلوم المهمة التي يجب على كل مسفر للقرآن الكريم أن يكون ملما بها."" This research is entitled: The effect of applying the interpretation rules when the interpreters differ, to address the following problem: What are the implications if the interpreters differ when interpreting the verses even though they agree on the general rules of interpretation? Therefore, we divided the research into two sections: The first section: that is the theoretical part of the research, that included a general introductory to the rules of interpretation, and we discussed: defining each of the rules of interpretation, preferring, and difference, and this is in three sub-sections. However the second section: is the applied part of the research, that included practical results of the interpretation rules among the exegetes, via studying the position of the verse and how each exegete applied these rules in his interpretation and liberating the point of contention, where we included the exegete’s talk concerning the verse in his text with extracting the sayings in the verse, then we mentioned the most correct saying with the reason for the preference and comparison between them, that this section contains five sub-sections. The research conclusion included the most important findings, most important of which are: 1-In spite of the differences of the exegetes in the application of the interpretation rules and the effects of their application, the purpose of the difference was diversity, not contradiction, and this is due to their differences in understanding the intended meaning of the verse. 2-The science of the rules of preference is among the most important sciences that every exegete of the Holy Quran must be familiar with."Arتطبيق قواعد الترجيح - اختلاف المفسرين.Applying weighting rules - differing commentators.Master
