Qui apprend le français ? que cette étude tente d’apporter une réponse en interrogeant le paysage sociolinguistique burundais dans ses rapports avec le système éducatif du pays qui comporte, actuellement, quatre niveaux d’enseignement : la maternelle, le fondamental, le post-fondamental et l’université. This article is intended as an analysis of the French textbook in a plurilingual Burundian context where French occupies a privileged place. It is through a series of questions related to the teaching of/in French: Which French is taught? In which French to teach? Who teaches French?
