It was carried out on a sample of guidance counselors from the district of Djamaa at the state of El'M'Ghair. It's main question is: How do guidance counselors contribute in reducing school violence? To answer this question, other sub-questions where asked: What means are adopted by school counsenslors to reduce school violence? How affective are the means adopted by them ? What are the difficulties faced by them while reducing school violence? This study uses the descriptive approach because it is in line with the topic. In addition, a questionnaire is also used in order to collect data from the field of study along with comprehensive survey. The study found the following results: - The role of school guidance counselors is quite explicit in reducing school violence through the different methods used. - Although there are many difficulties, the methods used by school guidance counselors are very affective in reducing school violence - School guidance counselors contributed in reducing school violenceArدور مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني في التخفيف من العنف المدرسي
