شهيناز, فرويأية, نابمريم, حفيانحياة, سعداني2023-10-312023-10-312023https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/29387تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد واقع الاتصال الداخلي في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، وذلك من خلال التركيز على بعد نظام الاتصال الداخلي، بعد مشاركة الاتصال ، بعد عملية الاتصال ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل متغيرات الدراسة وأبعادها المختلفة، وأيضا تم الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات، حيث وزعت 44 استمارة وكان منها 40 استمارة صالحة للتحليل، وبناء على تحليل المعطيات والمعلومات، توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، من أهمها أن مستوى نظام الاتصال الداخلي جيد في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي، بينما الاهتمام بمشاركة الاتصال ودرجة تطبيق عملية الاتصال مقبولة في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بالوادي The study aims to determine the reality of internal communication in the Algeria Telecom Corporation in the Valley, by focusing on the dimension of the internal communication system, after sharing the communication, after the communication process.
