Indeed, with the aim of founding an Algerian school which is held, the sector has not ceased to give in to the need to recruit to their posts not better teachers but enough teachers . Cet article donne un aperçu rétrospectif sur l'histoire de la formation des enseignants et son évolution en Algérie depuis l’indépendance à nos jours. Il examine spécifiquement les différentes phases qu’elle a connues en symbiose avec le contexte politico-historique.
