[ تاريخ الإطلاع] . متاح على الرابطhttps://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/8921مذكرة ماستر في علم الإجتماع تخصص علم إجتماع الحضريالملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن أهم معوقات التنمية الاجتماعية ،والسياسية ،ولاقتصادية للمجتمع المحلي ولتحقيق الهدف المرجو اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك من خلال جمع البيانات واستخلاص دلالاتها وتعميمها على الظاهرة المدروسة حيث اعتمدنا فى دراستنا على الملاحظة والاستبيان باعتبارها أكثر الأدوات ملائمة لموضوع دراستنا، حيث قسمنا دراستنا الى ثلاث محاور رئيسية وهى معوقات ،اجتماعية و معوقات سياسية، ومعوقات اقتصادية وللتحقيق من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام طريقة النسب المؤوية والتكرارات المطلقة وقد تو صلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية:  ثبت ان توار الموروثالثقافىوالاجتماعى له دور فى عدم نجاح التنمية الاجتماعية .  توجد معوقات سياسية تكبح سيرورة التنمية السياسية للمجتمع المحلى.  التنمية لاقتصادية تواجه معوقات داخل المجتمع المحلي. Abstract The study aimed at uncovering the most important obstacles to social, political and economic development of the local community and to achieve the desired goal. The study relied on the descriptive approach by collecting data and drawing its conclusions and disseminating them to the studied phenomenon. In this study we adopted the observation and questionnaire as the most appropriate tools for the subject of our study. We studied three main axes: social obstacles, political obstacles, economic constraints, and to investigate the hypotheses of the study. The study has reached the following results: • Cultural heritage has been found to play a role in the lack of success of social development. • There are political obstacles that inhibit the political development process of the local community. • Economic development is fraught with obstacles within the local communityArالتنمية المحلية، المجتمع المحليdéveloppement local, communauté localelocal development, local communityMaster
