تجيني, عقيلة2023-10-262023-10-262023https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/28984تخصص علم نفسملخص الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على علاقة الصمود النفسي بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط عينة الدراسة . وقد تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية على أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بالمؤسسات الثلاث لبلدية النخلة بدائرة الرباح(ولاية الوادي). وشملت عينة الدراسة (42) أستاذا وأستاذة تم اختيارهم باعتماد العينة الطبقية العشوائية، حيث توزع أفرادها كما يلي: متوسطة حسين حمادي (18) فردا، متوسطة عروة محمد (14) فردا، متوسطة عسيلة عبد الكريم (10) أفراد. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، واستخدمت كل من مقياس الصمود النفسي ل"كونور – دافيدسون" والذي قام الطلاع (2016) بترجمته وتكييفه، ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي الذي أعده المنتصر (2020) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: -وجود علاقة متوسطة موجبة بين درجات الصمود النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط عينة الدراسة . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الصمود النفسي لدى الأساتذة عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل. -لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأداء الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الأجنبية: Summary of the study: The study aimed to identify the relationship of psychological resilience with the functional performance among middle school teachers, the study sample. The field study was conducted on middle school teachers in the three middle schools of the commune of Al-Nakhla, which were chosen randomly from among the schools of Al-Rabah district. The study was applied on (42) teachers, distributed as follows: Hussein Hommadi Middle School (18) teachers, Arwa Muhammad Middle School (14) teachers, Acila Abdul Karim Middle School (10) teachers. The study relied on the descriptive-relational approach, and used both the psychological resilience scale of "Connor - Davidson", which was translated and adapted by Al-Talaa (2016), and the functional performance scale prepared by Al-Muntasir (2020). The study concluded that : - There is a moderate positive relationship between the degrees of psychological resilience and functional performance among middle school teachers, the study sample. - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of psychological resilience among the study sample teachers due to the number of working years variable. - There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the functional performance among the study sample teachers due to the number of working years variable.Other
