The integrated "Quality Safety Environment" approach, which is very suitable for dealing with the complexity of urban systems, aims to introduce the site to urban sustainability by putting the principles of sustainable development by involving all stakeholders in decision-making through participatory governance by introducing the notion of urban intelligence.
