زوينة, درداشكوثر, بن عزوز2023-10-262023-10-262023https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/29009": هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة اآللاا التي تعتمدها المؤسسة االقتصادية في تفعيل المسؤولاة االجتماعاة ، واعتمدنا في ذلك على المسح المستندي للكتب والمجال والدراسا السابقة وتدعامها ببرنامج SPSS V21 من أجل إجراء التحليل االحصائي للباانا المجمعة من االستباانا التي تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة. سة على مستوى ا ر تم تطبيق هذه الد )مؤسسة محطة الضخ بسوناطراك _ ومؤسسة بوالل أوالد جالل( من خالل توزيع ) 321( استبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة، واختبار فرضاا الدراسة، مستخدمين بذلك مجموعة من األساليب اإلحصائاة ) ف المعااري و معامل ا ر المتوسط الحسابي و االنح و ،) Cronbach’s alpha توصلت الدراسة الى وجود مجموعة من اآللاا التي تعمل على تفعيل المسؤولاة االجتماعاة في المؤسسة االقتصادية و تعتبر ثقافة المسير أحد اهم هذه اآللاا . الكلما المفتاحاة : آلاا التفعيل، المؤسسة االقتصادية ، المسؤولاة اجتماعاة، ، أطراف فاعلة" "This study aimed to find out the mechanisms adopted by the economic institution in activating social responsibility, we relied on the documentary survey of books, magazines and previous studies And supporting it with the spss program for the statistical analysis of the data collected from the questionnaires that were distributed to the study sample. This study was applied at the level of (the Pumping Station Corporation in Sonatrach - and the Bulal Corporation at djamaa) by distributing (123) questionnaires to the study sample, And testing the hypotheses of the study using a set of statistical methods (Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient cronbachs alpha), The study concluded that there are a set of mechanisms that work to activate social responsibility in the economic enterprise The march culture is one of these mechanisms.
