These Hadiths which included the aspect of forcing or restricting women to marriage by obliging the guardian of the girl to merry, whether she is a young virgin girl or a young deflowered girl. Also whether she is a sane adult or a sane deflowered adult. This study also focused on forcing the husband his wife, and the sanction if she comited an outrageous obscenity.
