براني, عبد الناصرمسعي, سمير2020-04-052020-04-052017-06-30مقال بمجلة رؤى اقتصادية0789-2437http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/5796مجلة رؤى المجلد السابع العدد 12لقد حظي موضوع البحث والتطوير R&D باهتمام العديد من الباحثين والكتّاب في الآونة الأخيرة، بحكم أنّه من أهم الوسائل التي تمكّن المنظّمات والحكومات على حد سواء من النموّ والاستمرار ومواجهة التغيرات على مختلف المستويات البيئية، كما أصبح مصدراً هاماً لإيجاد الحلول لمختلف المشكلات التي تواجهها، وعلى المستوى الكلي أضحى محل اهتمام الأوساط الحكومية المطالبة بتقديم خدمات عامة ذات نوعية أعلى. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى إبراز دور الإبداع في الاقتصاد الجزائري بشقيه الخاص والعام، حيث توصلنا إلى أن أنّ منظومة البحث الجزائرية بحاجة إلى الاهتمام والتطوير، وترجيح كفة البحث العلمي وخلق المعرفة، إضافة إلى معالجة المشكل الهام، وهو عدم التوازن بين مخرجات التعليم العالي وطلب سوق العمل. Abstract: The subject of research and development R & D led many researchers and writers to be interested in recent times, because it’s considered by both organizations and governments as one of the most important means of growing and surviving in changes at various environmental levels, also it has become an important source for finding solutions to the various problems. and on the overall level it become the focus of government circles claim to provide public services with higher quality.
