We also used the interview and observation methods whenever we had the opportunity. The population of the study was represented by all workers in the municipality of Al-Rabah in the valley, and after collecting the data, it was analyzed after calculating the frequencies and ratios, as the study reached the following results: - The change applied in Al-Rabah municipality is a partial change represented in technological development and change in the organizational structure. - The technological capabilities such as automated information and software owned by the municipality are highly efficient for the success of the organizational change process in improving performance. - Flexible organizational structure helps the organizational change process in improving employee performancearأداء العاملينEmployee performanceدورالتغييرالتنظيمي في تحسين أداء العامليندراسة ميدانية ببلدية الرباح - الوادي
