رزوق,محمد الطيب2025-01-092025-01-092024-12-17رزوق,محمد الطيب. تحديات النظام التونسي الناشئ في مواجهة الخلاف الحدودي مع الجزائر. مجلة قبس للدراسات الانسانية والاجتماعية. مج08 .ع02.. 17/12/2024 كلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية. جامعة الوادي2710-8023https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/36596لقد سعت القيادة التونسية منذ التوقيع على برتوكول الاستقلال التام في مارس 1956 إلى تأكيد سيادتها داخل حدود دولية مؤمنة ومعترف بها لكنها واجهة تحديات وحركية خطيرة لحدودها الغربية نتيجة استمرار حرب التحريرية الجزائرية خاصة وقد أصبحت الحدود التونسية عنصرا استراتيجيا في المواجهة السياسية بين الشقيقين اللدودين الحبيب بورقيبة وصالح بن يوسف من جهة وبين القيادة التونسية والسلطة الاستعمارية في بداية الأمر ثم بين القيادة التونسية وجبهة التحرير الوطني في المرحلة الثانية من جهة أخرى،لتسفر هذه المواجهة في الأخير على توقيع اتفاقية صداقة وتعاون واتفاق بخصوص ترسيم الحدود بتاريخ 02 فيفري 1969، لتطوى بذلك صفحة الخلاف الحدودي بين الجزائر وتونس ويبدأ عهد جديد عنوانه التعاون والصداقة.Abstract: Since the signing of the Protocol on Complete Independence in March 1956, the Tunisian leadership has sought to assert its sovereignty within secure and recognized international borders, but it has faced serious challenges and mobility to its western borders as a result of the continuation of the Algerian liberation war, especially since the Tunisian borders have become a strategic element in the political confrontation between the two arch-brothers, Habib Bourguiba and Saleh. Ben Youssef, on the one hand, and between the Tunisian leadership and the colonial authority at the beginning, and then between the Tunisian leadership and the National Liberation Front in the second phase, on the other hand. This confrontation ultimately resulted in the signing of a friendship and cooperation agreement and an agreement regarding border demarcation on February 2, 1969, thus turning the page on the border dispute.
