This research deals with the issue of organ transplant that occurred dispute on them among contemporary scholars, through statement inference controls by jurisprudential rules, on the basis of inference by jurisprudential rules on the new doctrinal issues. It also deals with the rules of jurisprudence relied upon in organ transplants.
