It also aimed to identify the standards and indicators of e-governance that must be applied in order to develop human resources in the government, as well as to identify the role of e-governance in developing human cadres in government institutions, and to learn about the importance, objectives and benefits of e-governance, requirements and obstacles to it. The standards and indicators of e-governance in state institutions are determined by the following; Rule of law, implementation of strategic plans, transparency, integrity, accountability, responsiveness efficiency and effectiveness, and decentralization in decision-making.
