This period makes Algeria as excelant example in the third world for giving solution to the other countries to their problems and taking the genuity and experiments from number of political leaders in Algeria such as ferhat abbas and the president houari boumedienne الملخص: لقد تمت دراسة جزئية لتطور النظام السياسي الجزائري فتم الاقتصار بدراسة النظام السياسي الجزائري منذ 1962 إلى سنة 1992 لأن الدراسة الكلية تتطلب بحثا واسعا نظرا لتراث الجزائر الذي يعود إلى القرن الثاني والثالث ما قبل الميلاد مع الدولة النوميدية إلى مجيء الأتراك لذلك تم التطرق إلى ثلاث فصول فالفصل الأول يتمثل في تطور النظام السياسي الجزائري من سنة 1962 إلى سنة 1965 أما الفصل الثاني تطور النظام السياسي الجزائري من سنة 1965 إلى سنة 1979 والفصل الثالث تطور النظام السياسي الجزائري من سنة 1979 إلى سنة 1992 و تم التطرق إلى التطور السياسي والاقتصادي والتطور الاجتماعي والثقافي وهذا لإبراز أن هذه الفترة تعتبر نموذجا لدول العالم الثالث لمعالجة مشاكلها وأخذ الخبرة والعيقرية من عديد عن الساسة الجزائريين مثل فرحات عباس والرئيس الراحل هواري بومدين.ArMaster
