In the literature several methods are available that help to solve these equations. This article examines and compares four different methods, i.e., four parameter (M4P), five parameters (M5P1, M5P2), and seven parameters (M7P) commonly used in solving nonlinear equations. The accuracy of these models is verified using three types of photovoltaic solar modules; monocrystalline, polycrystalline and thin layers. The successful results show that the five-parameter model (M5P1) is the most accurate model.frmethodsphotovoltaicmonocrystallinepolycrystallinethin layersÉvaluation des différents modèles mathématiques pour caractériser les paramètres électriques d'une cellule photovoltaïqueIntervention
