رجم, خالدبوجمعة, عونيلحول, اسيا2020-04-082020-04-082017-06-30مقال بمجلة رؤى اقتصادية0789-2437https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/5809مجلة رؤى المجلد السابع العدد 12نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز مدى فعالية نظام المعلومات الصحي، وكيف يساهم هذ الأخير في اتخاذ القرارات الطبية، كما تهدف إلى مدى تحديد توافر المعلومات وجاهزيتها للاستعمال،حيث اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة من خلال تحليل واقع نظام المعلومات الصحي المعتمد، بالإضافة الى المقابلة مع بعض الأطباء المسيرين، ثم اعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعطيات و كانت العينة تمثل مستخدمي نظام المعلومات ( أطباء) حيث بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المستعملة في الدراسة 15 استبيان صالحة للتحليل، اذ توصلنا الى ان المؤسسة لديها نظام معلومات صحي جيد من حيث المكونات كما انه يساهم فعالية القرارات الطبية من خلال توفير المعلومات التي تتعلق بالمريض او الامكانيات المتاحة في الوقت والدقة المناسبة. Abstract : This research paper attempted to highlight the effectiveness of the computerized health information system, how they contribute to medical decision-making, and to determine the availability of information and its readiness to use. We relied on the case study methodology by analyzing the reality of the accredited health information system. In addition to interviewing with some managing doctors, we also used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data where the sample studied represented information system users (doctors) using 15 analyzable questionnaires, as we found that the institution has a good health information system in terms of components and it contributes to the effectiveness of medical decisions by providing information Which related to the patient or the possibilities available at the appropriate time and accuracy.Arقرار طبي، نظام معلومات صحي محوسب، مؤسسة استشفائيةHealth decision, the computerized health information system, hospital.
