" "Absract: This research discuss the idea of investing money with Non -Muslims according to Islamic Fikh (Islam rules) and it's modern applications, the question of this research is: What is the nature of money investments with Non-Muslims from an Islamic perspective? To answer this question we have divided the research to 3 subjects: Introductory: in this subject we will discuss the concept of money. Subject 1: it includes the most important Islamic rules related to money investment with non-Muslims. Subject 2: it includes some modern examples for money investment with non-Muslims. The researches has been reached, that the non-Muslims activities is legally accepted only with conditions such as: 1- The investment must be legally accepted 2- Must not contains any weakness or harmful for Muslims.
