This field emerged in the twentieth century with the efforts of various systems of higher education and scientific research in most countries of the world ,such as Algeria . Therefore ,this study aimed to know the reality of the training system at the Algerian university, especially media sciences. Communication as a training path is becoming more and more interesting day after day,and this study came to determine the effectiveness of media training and training and among media students at the university of the El-oued. Our study falls within descriptive studies , which is the appropriate approach for this study , as the study population consisted of all media students at the university of ELـ Oued at their various levels.
