عـمـر مليك2025-08-172025-08-172025-06-11https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/38749أطروحة دكتوراه تخصص إدارة أعمال في كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسييرالملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في مساهمة حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة تم البحث في الأدبيات النظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة، مركزا على الخدمات الأساسية لحاضنات الاعمال وهي الإيواء والتكوين والتمويل و تقديم الاستشارة، وأبعاد المؤسسات الناشئة الحداثة والنمو والابتكار والملكية وحجم المؤسسة، حيث تم إجراء العديد من المقابلات مع مدراء ومسؤولي الحاضنات (حاضنة الوادي، تبسة، ورقلة، بسكرة، قسنطينة، معسكر، باتنة)، وكذلك أجريت سبع مقابلات مع أصحاب المؤسسات الناشئة المحتضنة، حيث تم إستعمال برنامج تحليل المقابلات NVIVO النسخة 15، لتخلص نتائج الدراسة الى وجود الترابط بين المتغيرين والتأكيد على وجود أثر قوي لحاضنات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، هذا الأثر يعكس استفادة المؤسسات الناشئة من الخدمات التي تقدمها حاضنات الأعمال، مع التأكيد على تطابق وجهات النظر لكل من مديري حاضنات الاعمال وأصحاب المؤسسات الناشئة حول وجود الأثر والاختلاف حول أهمية الخدمات التي تقدمها حاضنات الاعمال. Summary : This study aimed to investigate the contribution of business incubators in supporting start-ups. To answer the study's problem, the theoretical literature was searched for the study variables, focusing on the basic services of business incubators, which are housing, training, financing and consulting, and the dimensions of start-ups, modernity, growth, innovation, ownership and size of the institution. Several interviews were conducted with managers and officials of incubators (Oued Incubator, Tebessa, Ouargla, Biskra, Constantine, Mascara, Batna), as well as seven interviews with owners of incubated start-ups. The NVIVO interview analysis program, version 15, was used. The study results concluded that there is a correlation between the variables and confirms the existence of a strong impact of business incubators in supporting start-ups. This impact reflects the benefit of start-ups from the services provided by business incubators, while emphasizing the convergence of views of both business incubator managers and start-up owners regarding the existence of the impact and the difference regarding the importance of the services provided by business incubators.en-USحاضنات الأعمال، مؤسسات ناشئة، تكوين، إستشارة، إبتكار، نمو.: Business incubatorsstartupstrainingconsultinginnovationgrowth.Thesis
