حوري, بديع الزمان2023-03-202023-03-202021-12-31حوري، بديع الزمان.عوائق نهوض الدولة العربية في الإسلام: الجابري قارئا لابن خلدون. مجلة الشامل للعلوم التربوية و الإجتماعية . مج 04 . ع 02 . 31/12/2021 . جامعة الوادي [ أكتب تاريخ الاطلاع] متاح على الرابط [ أنسخ رابط التحميل]2710-8279http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/17509عربيةتتناول هذه الدراسة قراءة الجابري للتراث الفكري لابن خلدون، مستنبطا منه نظرية تُفسّر أسباب الانهيار السريع للدولة العربية في الاسلام، حيث حصرها في عوامل سياسية و اقتصادية واجتماعية، لكنه يتوقف عند أهم ظاهرة وهي التناقض التام بين حياة البدو ( الحكام ) وبين حياة الحضر ( المحكومين ) ، فاعتبر العقل البدوي يتناقض مع العقل السياسي للدولة، لذلك يقترح تحديث محددات السياسة العربية بتحويل : القبيلة الى لا قبيلة أي الانتماء الى أحزاب وجمعيات المجتمع المدني، والغنيمة الى اقتصاد ضريبي منتج، والعقيدة الى مجرد رأي. : This study contains Al-Jabri's reading of Ibn Khaldun's intellectual heritage Extracting a theory that explains the reasons for the rapid fall of the Arab state in Islam , as he confined them to political economic and social factors ,But he stopped at the most important phenomenon : The complete contrast between Bedouin life and urban life The philosopher Al-jabri considered that the Bedouin reason contradicts the political reason of the state , so he suggests updating the determinants of Arab politics by transforming: the tribe into non-tribe .
