The main objective is to analyze how and why the U.S applies these values inconsistently, generally favoring strategic interests on ethical principles. Using a qualitative methodology, the study is based on historical analyzes and comparative case studies. It is based on both primary sources, such as disqualified government documents and statements of policies and secondary sources, including academic literature and human rights reports. Research addresses three -chave issues through a narrative approach: why the U.S treats human rights violations in allied states differently than on adversaries, which factors influence their decisions to intervene or abstain from intervention and how this inconsistency affects their global image and credibility. The results show that the US usually condemn abuse in rival countries such as China and Iran, keeping strong alliances with repressive regimes such as Saudi Arabia. The choice of intervening is more shaped by geopolitical and economic interests than by moral obligations. These double patterns weaken the legitimacy of US foreign policy, increase global skepticism and contribute to the empowerment of rival powers. The study concludes that US credibility is due to its selective application of democratic values, with long -reach consequences for global order and American leadership.تستكشف هذه الدراسة التناقضات في السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، مُركزةً على الفجوة بين التزامها المُعلن بالديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان وسياساتها العالمية المُهيمنة. الهدف الرئيسي هو تحليل كيفية وأسباب تطبيق الولايات المتحدة لهذه القيم بشكل غير مُتسق، مُفضّلةً عمومًا المصالح الاستراتيجية على المبادئ الأخلاقية. باستخدام منهجية نوعية، تستند الدراسة إلى تحليلات تاريخية ودراسات حالة مُقارنة. وتستند إلى مصادر أولية، مثل الوثائق الحكومية المُستبعدة وبيانات السياسات، ومصادر ثانوية، بما في ذلك الأدبيات الأكاديمية وتقارير حقوق الإنسان. يتناول البحث ثلاث قضايا رئيسية من خلال نهج سردي: لماذا تُعامل الولايات المتحدة انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في الدول الحليفة بشكل مختلف عن تلك التي تُعامل بها في الدول المُعارضة؟ ما العوامل التي تؤثر على قراراتها بالتدخل أو الامتناع عنه؟ وكيف يُؤثر هذا التناقض على صورتها ومصداقيتها العالمية. تُظهر النتائج أن الولايات المتحدة عادةً ما تُدين الانتهاكات في الدول المُنافسة مثل الصين وإيران، مُحافظةً على تحالفات قوية مع أنظمة قمعية مثل المملكة العربية السعودية. يُشكّل خيار التدخل المصالح الجيوسياسية والاقتصادية أكثر من الالتزامات الأخلاقية. تُضعف هذه الأنماط المزدوجة شرعية السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية، وتزيد من التشكك العالمي، وتُسهم في تمكين القوى المنافسة. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن مصداقية الولايات المتحدة تنبع من تطبيقها الانتقائي للقيم الديمقراطية، مع عواقب بعيدة المدى على النظام العالمي والقيادة الأمريكية.enتعزيز الديمقراطية، ازدواجية المعايير، الاستراتيجية الجيوسياسية، المصداقية العالمية، حقوق الإنسان، العلاقات الدولية، السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية.master
