In order to ascertain the existence of the effect, a questionnaire consisting of (26) items was developed as a tool for data collection, and it was distributed to (70) workers, and (65) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. After testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the data were statistically processed using (spss). The results revealed a statistically significant effect of organizational trust on organizational commitment.
