The analytical approach was used to determine correlations between study variables, with a sample size of 176 students selected from Algerian universities. This environment was analyzed using structural equation modeling with WarpPLS 8.0 software. The study demonstrates that both university education and information technology have a significant influence on entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, which suggests that the efficiency of this impact is affected by other variables.
