رشوان, عبد الرحمن2023-03-232023-03-232018-10-07رشوان، عبد الرحمن. دور تحليل البيانات الضخمة Big Dataفي ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات المالية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية- دراسة ميدانية . مجلة الدراسات الإقتصادية والمالية. مج 11. العدد01. 07/10/2018 . جامعة الوادي [اكتب تاريخ الاطلاع] متاح على الرابط [انسخ رابط التحميل]1112-7961http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/18126مقالالملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى التأصيل العلمي من خلال التعرف على دور تحليل البيانات الضخمة في ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات المالية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية، وللإجابة على التساؤلات واختبار فروض البحث، أعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تبيين وتوضيح الجانب النظري من خلال الدراسات السابقة والدوريات والرسائل العلمية، وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي ((SPSS. كما وزعت الاستبانة بعد تقيمها وتحكيمها من عدد من المتخصصين على عينة البحث المكون من النواب الإداريين والأكاديميين، وعمداء كليات الاقتصاد والعلوم الإدارية، ورؤساء الأقسام المالية والإدارية في الجامعات الفلسطينية البالغ عددهم (165) مفردة. كما أثبتت نتائج البحث بأنه يساعد تجميع البيانات الضخمة ومعالجتها وتخزينها في الحصول على معلومات دقيقة يتم على أساسها اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية داخل الجامعات الفلسطينية. كما أوصى البحث بوضع استراتيجية وخطة شاملة ومفصلة لإدارة البيانات الضخمة والعمل على تحليلها للاستفادة منها في تدعيم اتخاذ القرارات في الجامعات الفلسطينية. الكلمات المفتاحية: البيانات الضخمة، ترشيد اتخاذ القرارات، القرارات المالية والإدارية، الجامعات الفلسطينية. Abstract: The main objective of this study was to rationalize scientific data by identifying the role of large data analysis in rationalizing financial and administrative decisions in Palestinian universities. In order to answer the questions and test the hypotheses of the research, the researcher relied on the analytical descriptive method in clarifying and clarifying the theoretical aspect through previous studies, Analysis of the results of the field study and the testing of hypotheses using the statistical program (SPSS). The questionnaire was distributed after being evaluated and judged by a number of specialists on the research sample composed of administrative deputies and academics, deans of faculties of economics and administrative sciences, and heads of the financial and administrative departments in the Palestinian universities (165). The results of the research also showed that it helps to collect, process and store large data in order to obtain accurate information on which to make administrative decisions within the Palestinian universities. The study also recommended the development of a comprehensive and detailed strategy for managing large data and analyzing it in order to benefit from decision-making in Palestinian universities.
