مانه, الامجدجوادي, محمد الصديق2019-05-222019-05-222018http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/1256مذكرة ماستر اقتصاد كميمن خلال هذه المذكرةسيتم طرح اختبار فرضية تلاكؤ البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة(1970-2017)بحيث قسم محتواها الى فصلين أساسيين، تناولنا في الفصل الأول كل ما يتعلق بظاهرة البطالة من الناحية النظرية وذلك بتوضيح اهم المفاهيم والتعاريف وذكر مختلف انوعها واشكالها والنظريات التي تناولتها، مع التفصيل في كيفية ديناميكية تحركها عبر الزمن، وضرورة التفرقة بين مفهومي تلاكؤ البطالة والمعدل الطبيعي للبطالة، وكذلك تم ابراز اهم الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت هذا الموضوع، أما الفصل الثاني الذي تضمن الدراسة التطبيقية للموضوع، فقد قمنا بتجميع البيانات والمعطيات اللازمة عن واقع البطالة في الجزائر، من حيث تطور معدلاتها عبر الزمن وتقسيمها حسب المتغيرات الديمغرافية، في حين تم تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها استعانة بالبرامج الاحصائية والطرق المنهجية، بداية باختبار لاخطية السلسلة والاعتماد على طريقة هارفي، ثم استعمال اختبار جذر الوحدة الذي يأخذ بعين الاعتبار وجود فواصل او كسور هيكلية في سلسلة البطالة، وهذا ما خلص بنا الى وجود جذر وحدة في السلسلة؛ اي بمعنى قبول فرضية وجود تلاكؤ في البطالة بالجزائر خلال الفترة محل الدراسة.Through this memorandum, Test the hypothesis of unemployment hysteresis in Algeria during the period (1970-2017) will be presented so that its content is divided into two main chapters.
