One of the factors that had a role in the element of the intellectual movement is the presence of libraries, which some human civilizations have given the care and attention they deserve, considering them as one of the foundations for the advancement of science, knowledge and human advancement, the most important means of civilization, as the Islamic civilization has enriched libraries. Because of the civilization of Islam on science, learning, research, knowledge, and stimulating minds by reading and writing in particular.
