Abstract This research sheds light on the subject of jurisprudential rules that represent the pillars of jurisprudence, and its relationship to the subject of alimony, which is renewed by people's needs. However, we devoted the study to the basis of one major college, "hardship, bringing facilitation" after a general introduction on what is the jurisprudential rules.
