The international community has tried to address the sexual abuse and exploitation of children which has became a phenomenon affecting various countries in the world .child abuse and exploitation is an issue that raised itself to those interested in human rights in general and children’s rights in particular .It was the sum of international agreements;from the conventions on children’s rights to the optional protocol on child sale and prostitution to child pornography.
