To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study sample, which consisted of 37 individuals, at the ELPI Foundation in the state of Annaba - Algeria, which is a construction institution specialized in the completion of residential projects. The data will be processed based on the SPSSV23 program and the appropriate statistical tests will be carried out (Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and coefficient of relative variation, t-test for one sample). The results resulted in the availability of basic skills for the project manager in the institution under study, most notably scope management.
