مرغني, حيزوم بدر الدين2020-05-112020-05-112016-06-01مقال بمجلة البحوث والدراسات1112-4938http://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/6479مجلة البحوث والدراسات المجلد 13 العدد 02 جامعة الواديتناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع مسؤولية المنظمات الدولية عن أعمالها غير المشروعة في القانون الدولي المعاصر، على اعتبار أن المنظمات الدولية هي من الأشخاص التي تطوّرت في ظل القانون الدولي، وبالتالي فهي تخضع لقواعد المسؤولية الدولية التي تضفي الفعالية على قواعده، وذلك لما تقرره من جزاءات تدفع المخاطبين بأحكامها إلى احترامها، وهذا الهدف لا يتأتى إلا بتبيان مفهوم هذه المسؤولية الخاصة بالمنظمات الدولية، وأساسها القانوني، وكيفية إسناد هذه المسؤولية إلى المنظمات الدولية؟ وكذا أركان هذه المسؤولية. ABSTRACT: This paper deals with the subject of responsibility of international organizations for their actions illegal in contemporary international law on the grounds that international organizations are from the persons that have evolved in the light of international law. They are subject to the rules of international responsibility, and penalties prescribed for it.
