It is based on descriptive procedure using child behavior observation list of "Mota3 El Morsi El Morsi " and a summative test for dictation writing. This study was applied on 70 samples selected on purpose . The results were: The level of dictation writing for fourth year pupils who have less concentration disturbance was very high in different dimensions of disturbance ، less concentration ، over activeness.
