Abstract: This article presents the statement of change in the composition of the international system, which is witnessing a sort of decline of the United States of America, which was sitting on the throne of the global system politically, economically and militarily in favor of a number of emerging countries. These countries were able to achieve advanced results reflecting a new situation in the global scramble between nations, as this situation will lead to the so-called world after American hegemony.
