[ تاريخ الإطلاع] . متاح على الرابطhttps://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/29620مذكرة ماستر في علم الاجتماع تخصص تنظيم وعململخص الدراسة ابللغة العربية: ىدفت ىذه الدراسة إذل التعرؼ على العالقة بٌن ادلناخ التنظيمي وادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملٌن ببلدية الوادي. فانطلقت من التساؤؿ العاـ التارل: - ىل للمناخ التنظيمي عالقة ابدلواطنة التنظيمية لدى العاملني ببلدية الوادي ؟ و تنطوي ٓنتو األسئلة الفرعية التالية: - ما مستوى ادلناخ التنظيمي أببعاده ببلدية الوادي حسب وجهة نظر العاملٌن هبا؟ - ما مستوى ادلواطنة التنظيمية أببعادىا ببلدية الوادي حسب وجهة نظر العاملٌن هبا؟ - ىل لبيئة العمل الفيزيقية و ادلادية عالقة يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي؟ - ىل لالتصاؿ التنظيمي عالقة يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي؟ - ىل للحوافز ادلادية و ادلعنوية عالقة يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي؟ و اعتمدان يف ىذه الدراسة عاال ادلنهج الوصفي، و جلمع البياانت من ادليداف مت تطبيق اداه االستبياف على عينة قصدية قوامها )50( مفردة و ىم عماؿ بلدية الوادي. و لقد اسفرت ىده الدراسة على نتائج مهمة نذكرىا كااليت: - عدـ وجود عالقة بٌن ادلناخ التنظيمي وادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي. - اف مستوى ادلناخ التنظيمي متوسط ببلدية الوادي حسب وجهة نظر العاملٌن هبا. - اف مستوى ادلواطنة التنظيمية ضعيف ببلدية الوادي حسب وجهة نظر العاملٌن هبا . - عدـ وجود عالقة لبيئة العمل الفيزيقية و ادلادية يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي - عدـ وجود عالقة لالتصاؿ التنظيمي يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي - عدـ وجود عالقة للحوافز ادلادية و ادلعنوية يف ٓنقيق ادلواطنة التنظيمية لدى عماؿ بلدية الوادي VII ملخص الدراسة ابللغة االجنليزية: This study was aimed at identifying the relationship between the organizational climate and the organizational citizenship of the municipal workers of El oued. She proceeded from the following general question: Organizational citizenship of the municipal workers of El oued. She proceeded from the following general question: Is the Organizational climate related to the organizational citizenship of the municipal workers of El oued? It includes the following sub-questions: - Does the municipality of El oued have a good Organizational climate depending on the workers' perspective? - Is the level of organizational citizenship of El oued municipal workers high? - Is the physical working environment related to the achievement of organizational citizenship among the municipal workers of El oued ? - Is organizational communication related to the achievement of organizational citizenship among El oued Municipal Workers? - Are material and moral incentives related to the achievement of organizational citizenship among El oued Municipal Workers? In this study, we adopted a highly descriptive methodology. In order to collect data from the field, the questionnaire was applied to an intentional sample of )05( individual municipal workers of El oued . The study produced important results, as follows : - There is no correlation between the organizational climate and the organizational citizenship of El oued municipal workers. - The level of organizational climate is average in the municipality of El oued according to its employees' point of view - The level of organizational citizenship is low in the municipality of the valley according to the view of its employees - There is no relationship to the physical working environment in achieving organizational citizenship among the municipal workers of El oued - There is no relationship of organizational communication in the achievement of organizational citizenship by the municipal workers of El oued - No relationship of material and moral incentives in achieving organizational citizenship among El oued municipal workers .Arالمناخ التنظيمي، le climat organisationnel, Organizational climateالمواطنة التنظيمية، la citoyenneté organisationnelle, Organizational citizenshipMaster
