برير, نعيمة2021-05-262021-05-262020https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/8786مذكرة ماستر تخصص تفسير وعلوم قرآن" هذا البحث موسوم بعنوان: آراء الإمام الداني في الوقف والابتداء من خلال كتابه المكتفى في الوقف والابتداء، ولقد قمت في هذا البحث بالتعريف بالإمام الداني، كما قمت بالتعريف بكتابه المكتفى في الوقف والابتداء، ثم قمت بالتعريف بعلم الوقف والابتداء وبيّنت أهميته وفوائد معرفته وكذلك علاقته بالعلوم الأخرى، ثم عدّدت أقسامه وبيّنت الاختلاف الذي دار بين الأئمة في تقسيماته، كما قمت بذكر جهود العلماء في هذا العلم وذكرت بعض مؤلفاتهم فيه، ثم عرّفت الاختيار عند الإمام الداني وذكرت قواعده وصيغه. كما قمت في التطبيق على الجزء الأخير من القرآن الكريم بذكر آراء الإمام الداني في الوقف والابتداء وأقوال علماء الوقف والابتداء في المسألة المختلف فيها، ثم بيان ما اختاره الإمام الداني في ذلك، مع ذكر سبب الاختيار ثم ذكرت ما جرى به العمل في بعض المصاحف."This research is entitled: The views of the Imam Al-Dany in the Waqf and the Beginning through his book ""Al-Waqf Al-Waqfwa-al-Tabaida"", and we have in this research introducing the Imam Al-Dany, and we have also defined his book ""Al-Muqtafi Waqf and Al-Bidida"",Then we defined the science of endowment and initiation and showed its importance and the benefits of its knowledge as well as its relationship to other sciences, then we enumerated its sections and explained the difference that occurred between the imams in its divisions, as we mentioned the efforts of scholars in this science and mentioned some of their writings in it, then we defined the choice at the imam and mentioned its rules and formulas.
