This study aims to investigate the nature of US-Japan relationships after the WWII. It is an attempt to learn more about the history that connects the two countries. The study tries to reveal the real nature of these connections, whether they exhibit friendship and peace or stress and conflict. The historical-analytical method was adopted, in which the facts and historical events that linked the two nations together were provided, and some historical events were investigated in order to find answers to research questions and confirm or reject hypotheses. According to the study's findings, the US-Japan relationship has seen a variety of scenarios ranging from stability to tensions. This is due to their differing perspectives on global events and issues.
