Which includes the following sub- questions : Is there a correlation between the representation of workers and their job performance in the municipality of Djamàa ? Is there a correlation between labor professional experiences and their job performance in the municipality of Djamàa ? A field study was conducted in the municipality of Djamàa, and we followed the descriptive approach, and with regard to collecting data from the field, a questionnaire was built that includes 36 items, which was applied to a simple random sample of 74 workers during the period from May 26 to 27 ,2021.
