ميسون, تجينياحلام, مكاويبشرى, ندوي2022-01-102022-01-102020https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/10515مذكرة ماستر اقتصاد نقدي وبنكي"حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة توضيح معالم التمويل غير التقليدي وفق التعديل الاستثنائي لقانون النقد والغرض في الجزائر(10-17) ثم تحديد أهم التحولات في تمويل عجز الموازنة العامة اعتمادا على النمط من التمويل وذلك في تدهور الذي عرفته أسعار النفط منذ عام 2014، كما تم الوقوف على ندى فعالية هذا النمط من التمويل وذلك من خلال الاشكالية الرئيسية والتي تمحورت حول مدى فعالية أسلوب التمويل غير التقليدي كآلية تمويل حديثة في ظل انهيار أسعار النفط في الجزائر. حيث توصلنا من خلال دراستنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعلى أهمها: على الرغم من أن التمويل غير التقليددي يعتبر لتغطية عجز الموازنة في المدى القصير ويجنب الجزائر اللجوء إلى الاست\دانة الخارجية والوةقوع في فخ المديونية،إلا أن الأثار السلبية لهذا النوع من التويل عديدة: ارتفاع نعدل التضخم ومعدل البطالة، انخفاض محسوس للقدرة الشرائية المواطن، خسائر الصرف للعملة المحلية، بالمقارنة مع باقي العملات والتأكل متسارع في احتياطات الصرف الجنبي.""Through this study, we tried to explain the features of unconventional financing according to the exceptional amendment of the monetary and loan law in Algeria (10-17), then to identify the most important shifts in financing the public budget deficit based on this pattern of financing in light of the deterioration in oil prices since 2014 And it was also determined the extent of the effectiveness of this type of financing, through the main problem that centered on how effective is the unconventional financing method as a modern financing mechanism in light of the collapse of oil prices in Algeria?
